IMEC Maintenance Division is focused on the MEP ( Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing ) maintenance for the Buildings, District Cooling as well as the Industrial Sectors for related maintenance including but not limited to the scope of: Fans, Pumps, Water Storage Tanks, Thermal Energy Storage Systems, Cooling Towers, Cooling Tower Separators, Cooling Tower Disc Filters, Cooling Tower Water Treatment, Ducts, Insulation, Valves, Piping , Water Heaters & Calorifiers, AHUs & FCUs, VCD, VAV & Fire Dampers, and Vibration Isolators work. IMEC scope of work further extends to AMC contracts, renovation work, all related types of trouble shooting, as well as replacement, design, engineering, supply, supervisioning, installation and commissioning scope of work. IMEC have maintained major projects in the region including major Hotels, Malls, District Cooling Plants, Land mark Buildings, as well as Industrial applications with all satisfied customers through IMEC’s prestigious reference list available upon request.
