IMEC Maintenance Division is focused on the mechanical works related to HVAC, Plumbing, District Cooling and the Industrial sector. This includes work related to Chillers, AHUs & FCUs, DX units, Split Units, VRFs, Heat Pumps, Fans, Pumps, Water Storage Tanks, Ice Thermal Storage Systems, Cooling Towers, Cooling Tower Separators, Cooling Tower Disc Filters, Cooling Tower Water Treatment, Ducts, Insulation, Valves, Piping , Water Heaters & Calorifiers, and Vibration Isolators work. IMEC scope of work further extends to AMC contracts, renovation work, all related types of trouble shooting, as well as replacement, refurbishment, design, engineering, supply, supervisioning, installation and commissioning scope of work. IMEC have successfully maintained major projects in the region including major Hotels, Malls, District Cooling Plants, Land mark Buildings, as well as Industrial applications including factories with all satisfied customers through IMEC’s prestigious maintenance reference list available upon request.

IMEC also specializes in the maintenance of all brands of Cooling Towers including DECSA Cooling Towers, ILMED Cooling Towers, KUKEN Cooling Towers, CCS Cooling Towers, SPX Marley Cooling Towers, BAC Cooling Towers, KELVION Cooling Towers, EVAPCO Cooling Towers, Nihon Spindle Cooling Towers and other well known brands.
